Hi! I’m Jamie! I’m starting my 5th year as a PhD student in Computer Science and Learning Sciences at Northwestern University. I work with Professor Eleanor O’Rourke in the Delta Lab. We study student persistence in CS through psychological angles, like mindset and self-efficacy with the goal of designing technology to help lower student dropout and enhance the CS1 student experience.
